Neil holds a BA(Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University, where he focused extensively on mathematical finance. This specialized field has provided him with a profound understanding of the complexities of financial markets and risk modelling. Further enhancing his skillset, Neil has obtained the Market Concepts certificate from Bloomberg, a testament to his proficiency in market analysis and financial reporting.
Before joining Lima Capital, Neil excelled in various roles that have prepared him well for his new position. As a Client Executive, he was instrumental in integrating new clients while adhering to strict regulatory standards, gaining insights into the intricate risks of diverse investment vehicles and strategies. His experience as a junior corporate financial analyst in capital raising initiatives; has equipped him with practical knowledge in assessing investment viability and managing risks in high-stake environments.
At Lima Capital, Neil’s primary responsibilities will encompass investment analysis, risk and portfolio management, ensuring compliance with both global and local regulatory standards.
On a personal note, Neil is an avid sports enthusiast, having participated in the Zimbabwean Rugby 7s Academy and won a silver medal in the Japanese Ambassadors Cup Judo competition. His passion for trying new culinary experiences also adds a unique dimension to his personality.
